WRSTBND had very specific needs spanning a tech stack, collaboration style, values, seniority, and availability onsite in New Orleans.  The pool of applicants simply didn't meet their needs or expectations.  That's where we came in.

After meeting with the founders, we got to know each member of the engineering team and gained a deep understanding of their product, roadmap, culture, and what went well (or didn't) in their previous hiring efforts.  Those learnings formed the basis of the ideal candidate profile and the multi-step interview process we designed for each role.

We then launched an active search campaign to identify and attract high caliber candidates.  Because we'd fully invested in understanding WRSTBND, we were able to vet like internal team members as well as translate their vision and vibe.  Candidates went into hiring manager interviews feeling informed and excited.  Likewise, the hiring manager knew that every call was worth his time.
